1. Organiser to pay - If you are wishing to pay for your guests beverages this option is for you. Coffee Trail supply highly trained Baristas to serve your guest. This allows you to offer tea/ coffee to your staff, clients or guests for free.

Small functions and events start from $180 max *40 min duration * depending on the numbers required.

2. Customer to pay - If you are wishing your customers to pay for their own beverage this is for you. Coffee Trail provide high quality espresso service, from professional coffee benches / carts, with  baristas who are trained to serve your guests, with the finest selections of Arabic coffee, tea and hot beverages.

3. Attendance/Booking Fee - For most events, Coffee Trail ask for a small attendance fee. This covers minimum expenses and means you can still afford a great coffee catering company to attend you event or function.

4. Equipment Hire - You have the option to hire a Coffee Trail coffee cart and coffee making equipment at an affordable price. You can save money by supplying your own staff or volunteers and you get to keep what is made on the day.
