What areas do you travel to?
We will travel throughout SE QLD and into some interstate areas (please see service page for area locations)
Do you have a fee to turn up?
Yes – but it is a small booking fee, you can waiver this fee and elect to have a small cup rate per hr instead.
How does this fee work?
The booking fee is an upfront fee OR the small cup rate per hour would be within the CBD area – eg: 30cphr.
But I do not want it to cost me a thing.
Our call centre staff and our operators will always try to keep costs to a minimum. An example – when we are serving 30 cups or more each 30 mins there would be no charge to you.
Why do you have this fee?
Coffee Trail, catering in mobile coffee, are like any business we must cover our costs and make a small profit to remain in business, because we achieve this we will be here for YOU in the years to come.
What power supply do you require?
Our trailers and benches require 10amp or 15 amp power supply and must be the only appliance plugged into that particular power point.
Do you have generators?
Yes we do but you must ask for a generator when booking as not all trailers and vans carry generators on board.
When are the peak times for bookings?
Most mobile coffee suppliers are normally busy between Mar and Sept as these are the cooler months – if you want to guarantee a van/trailer at your event we highly recommended you book in advance!
Coffee Trail, mobile coffee caters are busy from Feb to Dec – with weekends being the peak times.
Do you take last minute call ups?
This depends on how many bookings we have on the day and the time your event is on sometimes we can make a trailer or van available.
(We do have large number of units available at any one time)
Do you sell coffee business to business IE factory run?
Not normally, Coffee Trail, mobile trailers and benches are functions and event caters.
We can cater for daily runs, but each van must have min of 50 beverages sales per 40 mins interval.
Why don’t you do factory runs to businesses?
Reason is – if we did daily runs our vans and trailers would not be available at these times for functions or events as most runs require the van to be on site at the same time each day.
Can I make my own cost per cup?
No we have fixed pricing, but what we have done in the past is the organiser can pay a portion and the customer pays the balance.
However – all bookings are viewed on a case by case basis (Please ask our booking coordinator for further information)
What is your company policy?
* Coffee Trail, policy has always been that your booking is important to us whether big or small. Coffee Trail will never cancel a booking even if another booking comes along that may seem to be better $ wise.
* Coffee Trail, staff and affiliated members are always on time and follow a strict dress code and conduct themselves in a professional manner.
* Coffee Trail, have professionally trained barista who are experienced can service at speed and produce good quality coffee plus all trailers/vans and equipment are maintained and serviced on regular basis.
